Your First Visit - What to expect

1. Check In and waiver verification:

Every person who steps into the climbing areas must have a completed waiver on file. You can sign one at check in or to save yourself time and fill the waiver out online before you arrive.*

*Under 19? A parent/guardian must sign for all minors.

2. Rental equipment:

If you need rentals staff will get set you up with shoes, a harness, and belay device (if certified).
Climbing shoes should be snug but not painful.

3. Orientation:

Short safely briefing, auto belay demo and rules of the gym. If you plan to belay, you'll either need to take our Intro to climbing or do a belay assessment** if you already know how.

4. Climb!

Try a few easy problems/routes. Start on the auto-belays or novice top ropes / bouldering problems.

Ask staff for a “beginner route” recommendation.

5. Return rentals & wrap up.

Return shoes/harness to staff, re-book or buy a day pass for next time.
